Ashtanga Yoga Berkeley is a traditional school of yoga dedicated to the ancient teachings of India and whose purpose is to create a vibrant community of practitioners working together and nurturing a field of non-dominance, equal power, an co-emergence. Each student is supported by their peers while fostering self-reliance in the process of developing a personal practice, bringing forth the full potential and unique expression while journeying on the path of yoga, unveiling their own true nature.
